This is a great intermediate vinyasa yoga class that will work on your full body, with a special emphasis on flexibility. No props are required. Remember that when practicing minimal cues, you should have proper understanding of alignment in order to stay safe in the poses since I won't be providing you with that guidance. Minimal cues yoga classes are intended for more intermediate students or yoga teachers.
