𝟐. 𝐅𝐚𝐛𝐫𝐢𝐜 𝐬𝐨𝐟𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐁𝐏𝐀: Look for BPA-free alternatives or use natural alternatives like vinegar.
𝟑. 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐮𝐦𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐢𝐧 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬: Choose perfumes that come in glass bottles or consider making your own with essential oils.
𝟒. 𝐏𝐕𝐂 𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐞𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐝 𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐬: Avoid products made with PVC, such as shower curtains and vinyl flooring.
𝟓. 𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐥 𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐬: Whenever possible, opt for digital receipts or ask for receipts to be emailed to you.
𝟔. 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐬 𝐮𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐟𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐨𝐫 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠: Use ceramic, glass, or stainless steel containers for storing and reheating food to reduce BPA exposure. 𝟕. 𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐅𝐨𝐨𝐝𝐬: They often have a plastic lining containing BPA, so choosing fresh options can help minimize exposure. References:
