Get rid and prevent lower-back or knee pain, open your chest and fix rounded shoulders. This is the perfect morning routine for anybody who sits. The workout starts on your back with gentle stretches to open your spine, and then moves into a series of core and hip strengtheners, followed by reclined strap stretches to address mobility in the hips, and then into full standing postures to really open up the hips, get your back ready for the day, and finish off with a nice standing backbend to really open the chest.
