This routine starts with a foam roller on the outer thigh and inner thigh, moves to a lacrosse ball to further target those areas, and then finishes with a reclined strap stretch series. The goal behind this routine is to first loosen up the target muscles, and then “mold” them with a combination of flexibility and light isometric strengthening. This routine is part of the Knee Pain Fix Series, a series of quick 10 minute follow-along mobility routines combining targeted self-myofascial release and stretches to provide immediate pain or discomfort relief to the knees.
