Some of you know my dear sweet Cleo passed away a few weeks ago, so I have been grieving this loss. I've also been wanting to create a fall equinox yoga class and decided that these two "themes" could be merged together through the intention: abundance of love. This is a very gentle stretchy flow to soothe your nervous system and open up the area of the heart. It's suitable for all experience levels and no props are required. The fall equinox is a time of transition and change. While symbolically this can be seen as a time of death and ending, it is also a time of great bounty and harvest. I'm going through grief right now but want to honor this sacred time by focusing on the bounty of love present in my life and the abundance of love I had for my baby Cleo. If you are going through grief, I hope this class brings you a little bit of solace and helps you nurture mind and body. If you're in a good and happy phase of life, I am so glad for you!
