It's an opportunity for you to use everything you've learned before, explore variations and intuitive movement and it can serve as a moving meditation. This class is made up of the sequences that I use during a photoshoot because of the grace and strength they invoke. But remember not to compare your first time practicing this class to how I'm doing it on camera, I conditioned my body to do this sequence smoothly and gracefully on camera with weeks of practice. Give yourself a couple weeks and you will find your grace and strength in these sequences too. We’ll hold poses for a couple of breaths to play with variations, feel, and move slowly, it's not freeze tag. Take your time, take up space. Then we’ll repeat the sequence at a faster pace, ideally 1 breath, 1 movement to improve your overall mobility and breath control. A core sequence at the end will teach you to engage your core properly then use that engagement to work through a couple of pilates inspired exercises.
