This video is from my bike ride this afternoon. It’s great to be back in Florida and that means lots of cross training bike rides! I enjoy mixing it up with any kind of bodyweight exercises and stretches I can muster during the ride. Cruise, see a nice flat spot to nail a series of push ups, back on the bike and move on.
