This is an intermediate to advanced power full-body morning yoga flow class. This vinyasa yoga workout sequence is designed to help you build strength and flexibility through a yoga practice. Tim uses detailed instructions to help produce a well-aligned flow to help you move better and feel your best. The class has a meditative quality that will help to keep you injury-free and help you to understand if you are doing the yoga poses well to get the maximum benefit.
The Flow is based on a blend of the Ashtanga and Iyengar yoga schools, along with principles from Power and Vinyasa yoga. This class was filmed at my house, with my dog Ollie.
