This week’s pregnancy workout is designed to be beginner friendly. You will still feel like you got a good workout in, but there is lots of time to transition between moves and I explain a little more than usual. It’s great for those who didn’t exercise prior to pregnancy or who haven’t exercised in a while. It’s also great if you are feeling a bit tired, but still want to get the benefits of movement.
