We’ll begin each sequence with holding poses for a couple of breaths to play with variations, feel, and move slowly, it's not freeze tag. Take your time, take up space. Then we’ll repeat the Sun A and Sun B sequence at a faster pace, ideally 1 breath, 1 movement to improve your overall mobility and breath control.
